mouth wash

today i noticed my mouth wash says "rinse for one minute after brushing".

lets look at this shall we. after brushing, your mouth is already on fire from the toothpaste. then you put in concentrated lava into your mouth to rinse FOR ONE MINUTE?

who the fuck can handle that?

so i put you all to the test. you must brush your teeth with plenty of toothpaste, get a mouthfull of mouthwash (decent stuff) and swill for one minute.

if possible capture the final moments on camera!

my mouth is most certainly not on fire after brushing and i can easily rinse for a minute with mouthwash. in fact, there was this stronger than normal mouthwash i had to use and that didnt cause any problems either

Listerine is like gargling with acid. No wonder it gets rid of plaque etc, you lose half the skin in your mouth an all!

aye i like the dentyl stuff but its £3- a bottle so bf said maybe try this blue battery acid listerine because it was 2 for 1 and tbh its not as good so i think i shall have to splash out on dentyl from now on.

and yeah when you gob in the sink after using it it is a bit rough lol.
