afaik no they don't, some round here actually put on a special menu for special occasions where you get a set meal at a discounted rate.

Round here its the other way around. They do 3 courses for cheaper prices

Speaking as someone whose family own one.

No. No they don't.

You may get a 2/3 Course special offer (i.e cheaper meals on special days - valentine's etc) but they sure as hell won't put prices up.
