I was after This and was watching it like a hawk, put in a winning bid 30 secs before auction close and some fucking tosser outbids me 10 secs before close meaning I have no time to counter.

I think the Dreamcast is the BEST of the recent consoles and would prefer it to a shitty XBox or PS2 anyday.

  1 x microphone for playing Sea man
  80+ DC games in total - including some rare ones like - Yu Suzuki Dreamworks Vol1 and Tokyo Bus Guide

Incidently someone was offering New DC Joysticks for £11.58 + p&p each on eBay as well so I went and bought 2 of them. so not too disappointed at the loss now.

I have to agree that some of the Games where pretty decent on the DC, but i only had it a few months before "Everytjhing died" so i sold it.

best game i played for it was Shenmue.. always wanted to play Shenmue 2/3 because i was hooked on the first one

no, that's the way ebay is supposed to work, and that's the ideal thing. Seller who is willing to pay the most gets it, but because of sniping, that all screws up. If everyone simply decided how much they wanted to pay for said item, and bid that much once.. it would be a much better system. Sniping fucks it all up.

I think the ethos is, and infact the ethos for auctions in general, is that the person willing to pay the most money for it gets it. In effect, the person who wants it the most, gets it. (of course, it doesn't always work out that way)
