I played Albion for a long time, and the way most PVE groups were structured were around the tanks holding aggro, and the nuker/s actually doing most of the damage.

Why is it that in Midguard the nukers are totally undervalued. A good nuker should totally outdamage a tank and significantly lower downtime (especially pbaoe nukers). I haven't played a nuker here, but do they suck or something?

Mid dosen't have any Pbaoe nukers yet Unless you count the poor thanes that get yelled not to hammer before they even finished thinking of pressing button

well I got a couple:

1: running with my pally and got asked by a lvl 30 something:

he says: can u buff me

I say: no, I can only give bonusses with those I´m in grp with

he says: well, cant we grp then - u can just disband when I have gotten the bonusses


2: running with my infiltrator alt, and got asked if I could buff


3: a pally saw my epic armour, got asked if I could help him get it
for him - and he was lvl 24


4: one of my m8´s was playing all of a sudden he got an msg saying:
u like cricket?
he answered no, and never heard from the guy again

I wouldnt say Zerkers and Skalds are good tanks...
what makes a Tank good is the ability to take loads of dmg and hold agro,
Zerkers = Studded, wont tank much dmg
Skalds = Low hp and no shield spec

Well, just having a few classes in a group doesn't say it will be über, it's the ones controlling them that makes them good.

About the zerker, if you got a Warrior in group he taunts to keep aggro off the zerker, and thereby the armor of the zerker doesn't matter.

Same thing about the Skald, he's not the one going to be hit, it's the warrior. And his rest song and dmg add really adds alot to the group making it a important ingredient to a good group.

But, in the matter of going Healer and tank, Zerkers and Skalds may not be the ones on top. But they are doing it damn good well anyhow!
