More sound probs in csv3

i posted a thead yesterday regarding sound trouble with the new version of CS, i have sound for 2 seconds when i first join (the console is still active) but then the sound dissapears, although the game runs fine! I re-installed halflife and CS today and the problem stays... until i updated it worked.
