Monitor recommendation? :)

Looking for a new monitor (well actually, I'm posting for my brother)

He's after a 19" flatscreen LCD monitor that is superb for gaming and watching DvD's, price range is ~£200-350

I believe he looked at quite a lot but he can't decide If anyone has any recommendations then feel free to, uh, recommend them!
