Congratulations on being the most clueless member of this thread..

99% of the people who have DAoC accounts hacked do so because they were stupid. People who have it happen to them twice, doubly so. The number of threads like this where after 7 pages of saying, it's not my fault then turn round to say, well I once lent my account to a really good friend (who lent it to one of his really good friends, etc, etc) but he said he didn't take it, is truly staggering.

Personally i'm of the belief that these people are probably better off having had the account hacked, as in most cases it probably teaches them a very valuable lesson before they lose something actually important (like their life savings).

There's the 1% who do nothing wrong and are just unlucky of course, but i'm sure it's no coincidence that the vast majority of people who get hacked are the ones who don't appear to be the smartest.

You do not get hacked, you share your account or click on some Nakedpicsfromvlad.jpeg.exe or give people remote access to your PC, find it really really hard to believe anyone ever got hacked for DAoC passwords which are worth nothing compared to what you would face if someone logged your actions on their PC.
Real hackers don't hack DAoC accounts, scriptkiddies do and shame anyone with half a functional brain can avoid those.
If you get a Trojan or Keylogger on your PC it's all your own fault really.

If someone who is careful and doesn't run about giving out his passwords can get hacked.. then those that do, really do need to learn a lesson about what the internet is really like, before they start losing valuable stuff.

Sorry to hear this, but as you have been scammed like 3 times appearently - you should be more carefull and not hand out your passwords to ANYONE. and not keep your pw on your computer, write them down or something like that.

Your right in that you may not deserve to lose all your things.

You don't really have anyone to blame but yourself if you do however. The simple rule "don't give your passwords to a stranger" seems so simple, but it's one a large percentage of the DAoC population has yet to grasp.
