MoC bugged??

tell me if this is same on other realms etc..

Icewiz and love MoC for RvR, but MoC in PvE doesnt seem to work atm.. just get interupted like the skill had no use...

anyone else noticed this??

It gives you a base chance of 100% of no interruption, level differences can modify the value. So it can be quite useless in PvE when facing high level mobs etc.

It's been happening to my cleric for about a year. Red cons have a good chance of interrupting, purple-cons will almost always do it.

yes the lvl difference is essential.. but it seems to me that even blues interrupt me atm...
