Does the value on ressurect spells work with moc as with heals and spells?

Well, what would it do then? reduce the hp's gained from res? increase power cost..

tbh i didn't test it but i don't think moc affects res in any way. Seems illogical for it to do so.. only reason i'd consider moc for my warden tbh

no it doesnt,
moc1 = 30seconds every 10min uninterruptable curemezzing/ressing/interrupting (properly done after mezzing them initially, aka during inmunity timer) for 5 raps
