Erm, how the fuck would you forget to take your kid out of the car? And more importantly how can the mmorpg the mother played after forgetting to get her kid out of the car be responsable for the childs death? Careless parents was what caused the childs death not a mmorpg.

Also its pretty sick hearing this sh*t about young children. Such an unnecessary waste of life

They left the kid in the car because they didn't care enough, not because of a computer game.

Not the first time EverQuest has apparently claimed a life it seems.

I read an article about a year ago about an over-addicted player that ended up committing suicide due to depression, which his parents and friends claimed was due to his constant playing of the game. I would post a link but it's so long ago I don't remember it.

aye lets not forget the serial sniper in the US, top "game" scientists and politicians blamed CS for that cos apparently "it was enough to train him how to shoot a weapon and kill effectivly at long distance"... as it turned out it was one of the ppl they trained to kill, messed him up in the head then threw out the military when he wasn't sane enough to carry on to shoot ppl on the street :E

The sniper in the US was a highly trainned sniper from golf war, and the kid who suicided (family blaming eq) played over 12 hours per day and had mental problems
Face it, even if they label a game "Not good for mentaly challanged ppl" ppl will still blame the game
