lol at using vendo. if for some stupid reason u feel like hitting a ml9 pet (bearing in mind the caster can cast a heal on the pet without los) theres pretty much NO situation where u should be meleeing a fucking ml9 pet, but instead chasing the caster relentlessly :/

once i was stuck in bled bridge, and a sm sent his ml9 pet on me, i noticed that while the pet was in front of me, i had 100% block/parry/evade rate, as it it didnt hit me once, even unbuffed unless it warped behind me. if u didnt vendo it wouldnt have killed you, still why u attacked the pet is beyond me o0

Im getting curios what a leet high RR person like yourself would do in this situation ?? He first outran my charge put pet on me , whent for him while pet was on me, and he ran up to crim tower ect .. So he just got 1-2 nukes of cause i ran out of los, the pet did the rest, also i had already stunned it behindchained it before this senario and only got it down like 20%,

The question WAS! Do we want pets to be the best tanks in the game or say something about it?

ML9 is OP'd and I have a Cabalist so I speak from a lot of abusing experienced orf RR5/ML9/ Run like a girl . However, it should be reduced to something like 1min duration not completey removed AND anyone with any sense can deal with a ML9 pet, at least if it isn't un-CC'able :kissit: .

Outran your charge? How could he do that? Speed perhaps, but cant you break that with some insta dmg (javelins, item charges what ever) and then sprint while youre at it, keeping an end pot ready?

Seriously, casters can own most melee by: stick buffed ml9 pet on melee, then run away.

yes remove ml9 convoker from rvr zones, however, ml9 casters arent un-killable, just kill the caster, most of them have no clue what to do when you are on them.

Oh come on, if you get a pet sacked on you and you can't make it to the caster, you weren't paying attention. Pet attack distance is not a lot.

Also, in the case of sorcerer pets it's quite a walk to get your hands on a yellow templar, and even then most of the time there's only orange and red ones and once you die you have to go there all over again. How hard hit Cabbie pets though?

When ML9'ed mine hits casters for around 600-700 and tanks for 400-500.
Note this is with Cabby pet buffs not with red Cleric buffs in which case it would probably hit harder.
Only way to get rid of a Cabby pet is to kill it because you cannot CC it

Never generally have problems killing casters on my rr4 vamp even with ml 9 up (minus moc'ing ones and those that lag straft).

But yes, the pets need to hit for like 300 max because 500 odd a hit is just plain op.

casters sux a whole fat left nut donkey ball in there gob then chomp down their jaw with all their might and pull their neck back. if you are lucky you can kill then and pull then off your left nut without perminent damage. if you are unlucky the nut sack tears and they take your left nut and spit it on the ground and stamp on it!.

How hard hit Cabbie pets though?

Amber/Emerald which I usually use in RvR usually hits around 250-300 on most chars but possibly 500 on caster with shit resists. Obviously more if it crits - Wild Minion IV fortheML9win!
