Any know how much these are worth??

stats:
12 aucity
6% power pool bonus
2% casting speed
4% spell duration
8 aucity cap
8 dex cap
130 healproc chance of cast when the armour get hit
Not seen any of this on MEs, checked both excal and Prydw ME, but still not seen one, a friend who plays US told me they are very expensive and rare. So please if someone knows, say how much they are worth
