ML8 Raid - 7pm GMT, Thursday 27th May

Onwards and upwards after several succesful raids - Master Level 8.

ALL Master Level 8 battlegroup encounters will be led by myself and <Synergy> this coming Thursday.

Pre-requisites:

There is NO master-level requirement to do this raid. Lower MLs can get it out of the way now if they desire.

You have 4 days to complete the pre-requisites. This should be plenty of time to arrange a group.

Group encounters:
8.4 Centaur's Hunt
8.7 Torso, Agne's Might
8.9 Agne's Spare Arm

These steps MUST BE COMPLETED before attending the raid or you will NOT be able to finish ML8.


Arrangements:

*Meet at 6:45-7pm GMT at the front of Aerus Haven.
*I will have bg - /bg join Blocky
*Form balanced groups, with adequate healing power, end regen, damage dealing etc.
*Group leaders (seen via /bg groups) will be given secondary leadership.
*BG will be set to listen at 7:15pm GMT.
*Depart at 7:15pm GMT from the haven.
*All BG steps will be conducted.

Rules:

*AFKing is NOT permitted unless in emergency. I am not held responsible for deaths and/or LDing while afk.
*LDers will be waited for for 3 minutes, after which it is their own responsibility to catch up to the zerg. If your connection is unstable, please do not attend the raid.
*ALL loot will be held by myself, and the lotto will take place at the END of the raid. Do NOT PM me reserving items - you will be removed from the bg.
*Loot will be lottoed to the class which can fully utilise the item. I will allow people rolling for their other chars instead if I am informed BEFORE we have left the haven.
*In the event of my own LD, Amaru will be in charge until my return. Heed his call.
*Whining/moaning about repeating/missing out steps will be ignored.
*All un-necessary PMs will be ignored.
*My word on all matters is final.

As you might have gathered, I am a fan of organisation. The raid will be conducted in a professional manner, as in my previous raids. Do not interpret plain English and commands as an over-excited ego, rather as someone who likes to get things done.

I will be along again with Paksin my cleric, I'm going to need to get those group encounters done before. I will be on line from 7pm gmt Monday and Wednesday, and 8pm gmt Tuesday. I'll post a seperate thread now, see if we can get a group set up. If anyone has done it and would help out for the ML xp, that would be great, I am happier following and healing than leading

Didnt 8.4 became a bg step the last patch ?

Think I did it on mid with a zerg...

Did all the groupsteps yesterday with one fg but failed horribly at the 8.4 with 1 FG. No matter what we did, the whole town baffed...

So if anyone is doing it, please share

And I am looking forward to another fine eggy® raid this thursday...

8.4 is a group step, but I did it yesterday with my BG. 2 chiefs, basically insta-pop, so 4.5 groups did it in ~5 mins.

I don't need any ML8 encounters, but I'm coming along for yet another UB3R Blocky ML raid and to help out in general .

8.4 is doable with 1fg.

All you need to do is have 1 person de-group and pull the chief + friends then as they go past the group they pull it out and kill.
Repeat again with another person de-grouped.
We did this with no BG btw so dunno if that would affect the add's.

Should take about 30mins.

If this is the chiefs we did it last night with 4 players and some bots, took 1 min,

2 ice wizzies
1 Scout
1 Mincer
2 BB's
1 BB grey con clericy thing

I know, I know, we're unconventional OKAY!!

Was interesting pulling 1 of the lowbie geezers and getting them all but hey, twas interesting

Killing statues/chest with this group make up was not nice however!!, fanks to Elajt and the KoP chaps for making this possible for us, knowing that you prolly had a long wait till it repoped.

We spent 30 mins or so trying to get the BP with no joy, scount got bored and decided to Volley (yes I know!, its a cry for help I think) anyways, we got it that pull.
