these are group encounters not bg ones

if you take 4fg in there you gonna need to do each encounter 4 times

it was bad enough last on last weeks raid with 2fg...

If I remember correctly, there are in fact 2 dungeons in there, like a mirror image of each other so you wont have to repeat each step 4 times, just twice with 2fg in one of the dungeons, and the other 2fg in the other dungeon.
