Raid Pre-requisites. These are written in stone! We will *not* be doing any of the pre-req steps on the night. You have ample warning before raid night to get these done

Usual raid FFA variant rules for me. Form core groups so we have solid melee and so forth then anyone who wants to show can join in and form their own groups. As always, we'll have BG for the troops and a Command CG for group leaders and advisors.
Loot lotto as usual is for peeps that go the distance, not those that show for one or two steps. Anyone can roll for anything but you get only one item then you are out. If you waste people's time by rolling for stuff you don't want then decline to accept what you've won I'll remove you from lotto. Had a few timewasters on previous lotto and I can't really be assed with this. Also, if you win a key then fail to collect your prize, its totally down to you, and you are still out of the rest of the lotto. If you don't know how to use keys, check with someone before raid so you know what you have to do when you win one. Felt sorry for the chap on last raid, but had time to think this through and I believe this ruling to be fair - by taking key you are denying someone else the chance of something potentially extremely nice.
You are welcome to attempt to bribe the lootboss (me). Publishing the logs afterwards are always amusing for everyone
Anyone who is late to raid, don't PM for me to guide you through. Sorry.
Though I try to accomodate people who miss steps due to LDs or problems totally outside of a player's control, this is only within reason and is entirely a judgement call on the night. Note that I will absolutely *NOT* re-do steps for people that are late to raid.
Gentle reminder for those that believe in guild groups on my raids: you are allowed to run guild group ONLY if I don't need someone for one of the core groups. Otherwise you are expected to accomodate the ewul bullying raid dictator. Any disent is dealt with by ritual ridicule and disemboweling with a blunt spoon.
As always, you get brownie points for patience, good humour and providing the raid boss with half naked females with low/no morals.
As with previous raids, I completely depend on people with greater experience than me so will shamelessly accept advice and help from those that have the knowledge. Sunset's eel stomachs and advice from various peeps such as Stargeeza and others were instrumental on ML3 in helping it go smoothly. I should really write down the names on the night to thank peeps properly afterwards.
Last note and this is important - I have low patience for people that whine. I have already noted a few troublemakers from previous raids and will be increasingly harsh with raid bans if it continues. Considering I intend to do all raids to ML10 (since cabbies don't seem to get into opted raids) this means you have the opportunity to completely shoot yourself in the foot. Play nice, or play somewhere else.
