Gonna gradually work my way through these raids on my pally, done em on my mincer so have a good idea how to lead em.

Next up is ML4, sorry for the short notice was gonna do this on sun but gotta go out for the day now, at short notice so changed my plans to fri.

Meet stigia haven at 6PM BST

As normal the following rules apply:

1. Prequests (defined as steps bg is not doing) must be done. See below
2. Loot will be collected by me and lottoed at end. lootlvl will be set at lvl 50 however so lotto wont take hours and hours.
3. Standard lotto, random 1000 (One thousand), can only roll if the rolling char can fully use.
4. everyone must pay atention at all time. On ml3 had a lot of ppl runiing off and not listening to the bc etc, if i have to raise my voice to get ppl to follow will assume you arnt interested in my raid and as such wont be included in lotto.
5. If the bg becomes large will use /bg listen as normal and Gls will inform me of lds etc via a cg which i will set up.

/bg join Roberticusii

Prequests

Easy to do and wont take very long.
4.1 - Sting
4.3 - Roar
4.4 - Valuable Stone

These must be done BEFOREHAND to get credit for .10.
48 hours to do em if u havent already.

For info on how to these use:

See you there

/lootlevel 50 is the command indicating what loot will go to treasurer, not what lvl you have to be to lotto. ie ill lotto everything that comes to me which wont be sub-lvl 50 stuff or scrolls. Dont want the lotto to take longer than the raid.

BST = British Summer Time - i.e. what the UK is on now, which is technically GMT +1 I think, but GMT and BST seem to be interchangeable for the purposes of daoc. It was 7.30 when I posted this in England, so maybe work it out from that. If you're in the UK, come at 6 :)

See you all there.

Hmmm

Isn't 6:00 PM a tad early?

People don't get home from work until after that, me being one.

Can you kick-off a tad later to let more people be available?

Thanks

Ash

I agree with Ashgen, I'll be there with my Theurg though. Managed to make a special booking with the missus to get on that early and keep my testicles. Also my boss plays DaOC so I'll be able to slip away a bit early to get home on time.

But other people might not be so lucky, in general I'd say evening raids should be started 19:00 - 20:30. Except ML3. Which should be blown up with large nuclear weapons.

But it's Quickfeet's raid so we'll follow Quickfeet's times. Though I'm sure many would appreciate a few hours on the start time on yer next raid ;)

Maybe a tad early but the raid itself could take 3 or 4 hours and the lotto another hour prob. Just like to finish before midnight. I expect ppl who are late in from work could run to the fortress of storms and get credit anyway, that step normally takes an hour in itself.

Yeah I think so, wasn't sure though. That would mean Britain moves to GMT +1 , France etc. presumably to GMT +2 and so on...but whoever I replied to asked if it was 18.00 GMT when actually he was probably referring to UK time i.e BST = GMT+1. And when we are on BST its hard to tell whether people saying GMT are using it as a standard that the rest of Europe can +/- to get the correct time for them or whether they just mean UK time which happens to be GMT+1

Gah so complicated.

PS yes this is probably pedantic and pointless.

Again thanks to all who turned, was pleased with the way everybody paid attention throughly especially on 4.2 Went well apart from the fact we had to do the whole damn thing twice cause the 1st storm crystal dropped in the wall. Oh well was almost finished b4 midnight, a good job didnt start at 8 as someone suggested, would be knackered by now.
