kickass raid zepp and well led too. I was holding the spam cg and there was hardly no messaging in there because of the fast action (and there was nothing to whine about as there usually is on a ML3 raid )

Well thnak you for the kind comments although i don't deserve them. A big thank you is deserved for Flundra who did an excellent job of being sticky, giving me more time to be actually be raid leader. Lissandrae was my group leader and was likewise excellent, again allowing me to lead the raid rather than worry about a base af or woteva.... Likewise Jeriraa was superb at pulling, but frankly i want to thank all 80 people that turned up. Ml3 is likely the biggest ballache of them all and yet no1 whined, no1 bitched, any advice given was in a supportive way, contrary to the often "your s hit raid leader we shud do this etc...."

Everyone that stopped got every step and the ML, i am sorry to the few that ld'd on the way round, we waited for everyone for 2-3 minutes each (and that added up over time) but some people were having 30 mintue linkdeads etc and theres nothing we can do I know myself as it has happened to me.

Everyone was superb at listening and movign with the raid, very few people lost stick, went afk etc etc, was kinda helped i guess by having a few set breaks for everyone to grab a drink.

Loot was simple and efficent (it usually winds me up) so that was also a bonus.

My first raid and i learnt a lot, thank you all for coming and hope it was not only successful but fun for all you guys as well.
