Raid Rules

Entrance Requirements:
You must be an Alb. Mids and Hibs browsing, nothing to see here, move along.
The raid will go ahead if we have at least 2FG lvl50 opted groups. After that, all are welcome with whatever classes they wish to get the ML on. The 2FG tank core is a must though. I'd prefer 3 for speed but will at least attempt the raid with 2 nice tank groups.
We will be doing all steps except the solo step, from start to finish, or at least as far into it as we can get. If we fail to complete the raid, there will be a follow-up on Wednesday evening at same time, 7pm BST, to finish it off.
I know the chess step is a group step, but its a good break for peeps that need to relog and so forth while other groups are doing their bit. And tbh its fun to cheer people on at this stage. Also this is relatively short notice, so asking for the solo step to be done I think is quite sufficient.
You must bring lots of breathing potions. Bring some spares for those that forget.
Lvl40+ a must.
You will have some decent music to listen to. As always on my raids, any Abba is bad karma and you get removed from raid <raises eyebrow at Darklis>.
I've not ran many raids in Alb yet so a few things for peeps joining to be aware of:
Following Orders:
I lose my fluffy edges fast when things need doing. I won't mess around for people that are AFK or not following orders. Anyone that I deem to be upsetting the raid for others will get a gentle warning, a less than gentle warning, Dark Roo'd, then will be removed. Anyone that has to be repeatedly told an instruction will be removed from raid. Anyone that griefs or whines will be removed.
If I tell you to join a particular group, you disband and join it faster than you can say "WTF I was in guild group!". Raid first, guild second. (Have actually encountered this problem on raids I've ran elsewhere. Its a fast ticket to Dark Roo).
LDs: a reasonable grace period will be given to people that LD. If the LDs are excessive, we will batter on. Sorry if that gets ruthless but I'll only allow the raid to be slowed a little for this, not ground to a halt. Download your porn another time, the raid comes first.
Anyone asking others to strip for buffs will be removed from raid. Chainz will probably offer to strip for free, please for the love of all that is good and natural turn him down.
Loot: all loot will be lotto'd at end after final step. If you don't go the distance, you don't get to lotto. Anyone can roll for anything but you only get one item. You only get to lotto if you've been on raid from start. If someone has a problem that causes them to be a little late but joins in good faith, I will judge it on case by case basis. If you join on for 2.10 or halfway through just because you want to farm the items, you are *not* in the lotto. Team-play first, selfish needs last.
You get brownie points for making me laugh. If I'm laughing because otherwise I'd cry, you get removed from raid. See Following Orders above.
Peeps will have to show a bit of patience because:
a) I've not ran ML2 before, though have done it with pally.
b) I'm crap
c) you'll get really sick of my jokes long before end of raid. I'm hoping to bring Darklis along for comic relief but still to confirm. If there's a problem, would appreciate another fall guy/gal stepping forward.
As always on raids I run I always appreciate when the more experienced message me with helpful hints such as a particular tactic I've forgotten to bark to people. It makes me look good and the raid works. People then mistakenly think I'm uber so everyone is happy
There is one other warning that applies to all raids I run, but I'll warn you in-game and its non-negotiable.
