For info, cos I've seen it several times recently (including when Necromania's Minstrel came on my ML 10 raid, and needed the second tip) :

Often the BG is bugged.

If it's badly bugged, and loot is not going to the treasurer, between ML10 steps disband BG and make a new one. I've always found this to clear the problem. As long as it's done before Draco, people will get credit properly - each time I've rebuilt the BG whilst in Celestius no-one has missed credit. Failure for loot to be properly distributed tends to be an indication that credit will also be missed. One time I didn't do this, and just got people to hand the loot. Only about 5 people got ML10 credit that raid.

If it's not so badly bugged, some people can lose credit. Often when the raid leader does /gc grantcredit 10.1 NAME, they get a message that they need to be in the same BG as the other person. At that point, if the person leaves and rejoins, /gc grantcredit 10.1 NAME will work.

I knew you knew the rejoining one - I remember getting you to do it so you got credit.

Only times I've seen hardly anyone get credit, there was loot problems before that, so worth reforming the BG if that happens, on ML10, as it doesn't matter til you hit Draco.
