ML10 Legs and Jacinas sash for bard?

no, bard do NOT get mcl charge on Jacinas.

Just tested ml10 legs and doesnt seem to go over cap (still 10% and not 13) so just waste to overcap range then..

Im ml10 on bard and tested it in a duel, didnt give any extra range by equip legs... that agree with what it says in /bonuses aswell, 10% is max cap

Druid leggings do NOT go over spell range cap and are in fact included on the bonuses delve info.

However if the items says vs player races (like the ml10 positive belt) then maybe it might. However I did test the belt and legs together and neither did, but i didnt test it in an rvr zone.
