Question ML10 Cloak silence /use

Does the silence debuff effect songs and chants? ie would it break the mincer charm spell? Does it also effect SoS, just about every Skald on the US servers panic and SoS away so it would be nice to be able to stop them.

afaik silence prevents you from firing any RA , no clue if it effect chants.

we've tested this and it does not stop the chants your playing but it does stop you from playing any new ones.

Thanks, still the best /use in the game. Its hilarious popping it on some caster who proceeds to just stand there doing nothing
