Soon as i saw this thread i was wondering how long it would take for you to mention you want to "pre-claim" an item

Organised ML4-ML10 at start of ToA, lead the first wave albs to ML10. Afaik I didnt claim a single item. I even repeated some ML steps to get more ppl at higher ML. Organised ML1,ML6,ML7,ML9,ML9,M10 in last 2 weeks. except for 9.10 pants which were needed for my template, I rolled like anyone else. I didn't need to organise another ML9 raid but I did it just because i felt guilty I claimed 1 of the drops. so I organised 2 ML9 raids. Sunday 3 scoutdrops fell on ML10 raid. I rolled like anyone else. If I don't need it i'll roll. Because I will possibly claim the bow if it drops I'm organising again 2 extra ML10 raids.

Still no reason to startthe trend of people pre-claiming on ML's i was gonna do some public ML raids for the items i need and didn't even think of pre-claiming.

Guess i should maybe change my views on things.

Oh so now only those chars may roll for a drop who have specced in a particular way is it? First of all, this character is not a sole buffbot, I played her a couple of times on raids and I hope that 1.69 will make her viable for RvR too. Secondly, it only takes a single respec stone to turn her into a rejuvenation cleric, no more, no less. I think it's an arrogant attitude to judge chars by how they are specced, expressing this attitude on a public board is a sign of either being immature or of being a bad loser (or both).

I have in PvE raids and I'm going to play her in RvR once 1.69 is out. It would be greedy to roll for it and sell it afterwards for a couple of plats on a CM, seen that a great many times already.

Well, Redflower won the lotto fair. But if you aren't sure about using the item I think you should consider selling it or trading it for something you would really like. As you can see some active clerics really wanted that item. And for the .69 idea, not sure how much you know about that patch, but I can tell you it's gonna be the worst patch for albs evar. I really don't think it's a smart move to put alot of efford (artis/exp/sc/etc) into your cleric for that patch.
