Right folks.

That was a big joke. Honestly.
I know not everyone provided to this, I am not going to knitpick or do any namecalling. But since LD took me out of it, I aint coming back on. I specified rules and how it was going to be on the post, and tbh, didn't seem like enough people listened. This is not meant as a kick in the rear to anyone in particular, and I know I was myself a few minutes late, but I still showed up, and I didn't even get a chance to get it sorted, it was taken out of my hands before we even begun, I am sure some of you can appreciate what I'm talking about.
Hate me, love me, curse me or whatever you feel you need to do. But I am not one to put up with bull like this. So, apologies to all who signe dup and really were willing to listen, you know who you are, and for those who decided they wanted to take it upon themselves to take over, that's fine mateys, good luck to ya.

This is the last time I am trying to organize anything like this. So I'll leave it up to the masters ALL CAPS and meaner leaders to handle the ML's from now on.

Sincere apologies, and have fun.

So guess this means that those of us that came to the raid and were expecting to get the BG steps done tomorrow can bite the bullet because of the power usurper? I understand your frustration. Hell most of us do but in the end all you need to do is next time you do a raid, tell him/her/them either shut up or get out :)

Well I was there and I do understand you, BUT honest, the normal way is to chuck those ppl that wont follow rules out and not leave all those ppl that showed up alone, go ld and not coming back, Sorry but that was a poor performance. I mean everybody that has ever joined a raid, not go that far, only a grp is enough, knows that there are always ppl around that might be a real pain in the a...! Those are things that everybody, especially with a high lvl char, has experienced many times. So, if i'm not willing to really lead the raid and get ppl out that only disturb the raid, i must not even think of organizing an event like that. Sorry mate.

I will be leading the bg step raid tomorrow at 12:00 GMT.

BG will be up on my cleric Zwin at 11:30.

Steps we are doing are 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9 and 1.10.
At 1.8 we will farm 3 rubies just to be sure.

Loot will be lottoed at Cetus' cave at the end of the raid.

And also, if there is still need, I'll be doing 1.3 as well since bg can get the credit.

Yes, I do agree, it was poor performance of me, and I DID leave you guys on a selfish note, you are not wrong about that. Im not going to give excuses nor try to explain myself cause I know I would've been jsut as disappointed. All I can say is, I felt like crap cause I had everything organised, but I did not sleep enough meaning I just lost the plot completely thus LD making it too much for me. Apologies again people, I know it wasn't very cool of me. What else can I say, except, good luck tomorrow.

<sticks head in a bucket of cowdung>

There I think that'll suffice.? :(

Sahri, mate... noone tried to make you feel bad and tbh I admire your courage for having decided to organise a raid. I would never be able to do that due to many reasons. The fact that you don't want to even try to organise a raid again for the rest of your char's life saddens me. Nobody was born a perfect leader! It also saddens me that you have been led to this decision by the unappropriate behaviour of a few :m00: s
My humble opinion is that you should try to organise a raid again and I agree to what Tristessa and Glendra said about kicking the :m00: s when they start bringing trouble. I don't think anyone's gonna blame you except from the person that got kicked, but then again there's always the /ignore option.
You seem to be a kind and helpfull person and our realm needs people like you in leading roles. Lately more than ever actualy. Next time you go for it, I'll follow! :flame:

<scoots over and lets Kalth have some space in the cowdungbucket>

There ya go matey <winks>

And thanks for that people, you actually put a smile on my face, I've felt terrible all day for running off on ya due to lack of patience which I usually have an abundance of. And I can say this, I will not organise another Raid until I have gotten the approval from the Council of Camelot to assign an Official "Raid Leader Cowdung Bucket" for future emergencies. Unless someone is willing to volounteer? Any takers? You need good sense of balance as I would not recommend you toppling over and get it all over yourself, I'm afraid I'd have to kick you from the Raid then, as I wont tolerate smelly people. ;)

I'll have a think about it. And if all others are as good about my misbehaviour and abandoning as you guys, then I might give it another try once NF has settled down.

Cheers.

/Sahri
