Don't worry people will show up. Just noticed that the time you schedule is a bit too early for me so I'm not sure if I make it. Don't get stressed by leading a raid. Vos is quite inclusive. I was a bit stressed when I started leading raids (being the only way I can do em on my ranger) but as long as you keep the people on a tight lich and you show that you take no crap you'll do just fine.

Points of attention. Make a list of the names of ppl that are actually part of the raid. Have a cg for group leaders for better coordination and to report LDs. Make sure everybody gets credit even if you have to repeat the same steps 2 or 3 times. This will earn you respect in the raid. Make sure ppl know it's your raid and if they don't like the way you lead it they can fuck off and do their own. Kick afkers (but allow short afk breaks).

I am going ot have to rearrange the date of the raid, due to personal circumstances, and having to work night shift next week. I will now do the raid on 23 August at 14:00 GMT.

I hope that ppl who said they will come on the original date, do come on the new date.

i'll be there with ranger/druid. but i would realy advice u to make it a bg only raid. and with 10 days until raid, ppl have plenty of time to get the grp steps done.
