yay some real posts... as i said i intend to start this out.. i know afew people who are interested init... it just all depends on the timeings for it.. so when i know roughly how long each raid will last at its best and its worst i can work out a good time where all would be able to attend... as for the mlxp issue... i am still waiting to hear if u peeps think i should instead of doin it all the the one time do some of it in stages eg 1-5 one week and 6-10 the next week (if its getting split up we're doin all of em)

so someone with some knowledge of this or a solution to it plz pm here on fh so i can resolve this issue with some thought, so its beneficial to all.... (this is why i said in 2 weeks time means some planning can be done)

Squal i started insulting u cos u called me lazy cos i didnt want to lead 7 days of none stop raids... and my reasoning for it was:-

1. i dont know the mls inside and out and havent lead them..
2. i dont want to know them inside and out..

i just want to get through them and move on.... i dont like organiseing something that i dont know every eventuality of... so basically if i aint sure that i can lead it efficiently i wont... and since i know there are many people in this game who know the mls very well why not use them to thier full potential...

If this makes me lazy well so be it... but as i said i will be the one dealing with the whines etc so the guide can concentrate on 1 thing at a time....

Squall. Van is trying to organize something on an epic scale; to say he is lazy is a bit unfair. What is wrong with bringing a few people together who have a lot of experience leading certain ML raids, to make an uber raid that benefits the realm?

It's not like he is asking 1 person to come forward and guide all the raids just for him is it? With various different leaders for different ML's, it won’t put anyone out.

Agreed, I needed ml8 for my warrior and ml5 for my bot, catched public raids with my warr, but ml5 and lower mls were getting really rare so I basically organised it for my bot up to ml5.


Ml raids are very easy to learn to lead, especially since we got a lot of guides floating out there.

Yeah squal u lead them but from what i was told each one u had to lead twice to actually suceed with them... i dont want that to happen here i want someone with experience leading them.. and a different raid leader each day allows no one to get bogged down learning al the mls at the same time or haveing to switch to VoS all the time makeing the raid stand there like muppets... its called organisation u will lean it when u join the marines.. everyone has thier part and there isnt just 1 leader theres 2 sometimes more (heirarchy)... and each leader has thier own design and designation.

lol, yes, a few of my raids may have gone tits up, i think it was 3 or 4, so what? you never seen a galla raid wiped with 80+ people on them? i was learning the ML's my self then, and now i know them better so i know what to do, so the chances of my raid getting wiped again are lower then they were when i was learning. Switching to VoS, sigh, such a big deal isnt it, how about printing it out, or reading it before the actual raid? once again, i say this is laziness on your behalf. I know a few people were unhappy with my raids, but then i didnt force them to keep on attending did i? no, said it before, saying it again, dont like me or my raids, dont attend, ame your own or attend someone elses, i would like to see those "whiney" people make and lead theyre own raids, some with more then 40+ people at a time, then we can see how they cope.
