Ok i am thinking about doing this and basically need peeps to lead the zerg.. i will be overall leader etc.. but that person will be the guide... i need this simply cos i cba learning all about each ml step and its tactics... and for that same reason is why i want a different raid commander each day...

Day 1 : ml1 and ml2
Day 2 : ml3
Day 3 : ml4
Day 4 : ml5
Day 5 : ml6 and 7
Day 6 : ml8
Day 7 : ml9

would also appreciate if those who are interested in leading would fh forum pm me with what ml they know, how well they know it, and i would like to see interest in those who will to come on the raids in this thread.. kthx

the lotto rules would be the usual bog standard rules... keys are seperate, all mp drops are lotto'd (scrolls are your groups or own however your group wanna do it), if u win something u cant lotto again on that raid etc etc...

ALL and i mean ALL prereqs, group steps, and solo steps must be done for u to attend... i wont wait for anyone for these reasons... if u cba doin the solo steps or group steps then i cba haveing u on the raid simple.. wont hold up a zerg for a handful of people..

All will be invited and welcome... as long as u listen and do whats asked of u there shouldnt be any problems.. i look forward to some replies.....

quick quessie also.. someone on one of the raids was ml1 but in the ml7 dungeon, saying they had done ml3 just didnt have the mlxp.. if this is true it would solve the issue of the dungeons being dependant on your ml.... plz let me know.. thx

So, basicly all you do is set a meet place and time, and let someone else lead ml1-9 in 1 week and do all the work.

you dont seem to understand what kinda stress 9 raids in 1 week will bring to a person, and you also havnt factored in the time to get ML EXP so you will have less and less people each raid.

if you cba to read through vos then dont bother setting anything liek this up unless your leading and doign everything ur self. dont put the load on someone else.

I have done the solo step on ml2, but you want solo and group steps done, which are these for the other mls ?

You do know tho' that you can't get ml2 before you have ml1 completed with the mlxp at 100%?
Thus you can't just ignore mlxp, it goes hand in hand with gaining ml's.

Without needing any mlxping you can complete the steps of these ml's tho':
ML1,ML2,ML3,ML4,ML8

The only real "pre-quests" are the quests you have to get and start for the ML3 raid. In detail it's:

ML1: 1.5 solo, several group-steps (cba to look it up atm)
ML2: 2.5 group(often done on raid though), 2.8 solo
ML3: 2 pre-quests
ML4: 4.1 and 4.3 group-steps
ML5: 5.1-5.8 group-steps (bg raids will only do 5.9 and 5.10)
ML6: 6.1 group, 6.5 solo
ML7: 7.1-7.6 group-steps
ML8: 3 group-steps (dunno numbers atm)
ML9: all BG
ML10: all BG

2) The MLs can be done in any order, only a few of the ML-dungeons have a limit on who may enter. For the ML5 dungeon you have to be at least ML1, for ML7 you need ML3, for ML9 you need ML8, for ML10 you need ML9.
The rest can be done whenever there's an opportunity to join a raid.
The only advantage of doing them in the proper order is that you get ML-xp from the final mob if you are working on that ML.

ML-XP won't be an issue until u reach ml7, at which point u must have acquired the ml3 ability to enter ml7, and ml9 will require you yo have the ml7 or 8 ml-ability to enter (can't quite remember), my guess is that up to ml9 there wont be much of an issue with ml-xp, but before moving on with ml9, i think quite a few ppl are gonna have to struggle quite abit to get the ml-xp needed to enter, atleast with sucha tight schedual between ml8 and 9.

squalion plz dont open your big n00b mouth again... i am basically doing this so that others have a chance to get thier alts sorted and since i dont know the dungons or the mls that well i refuse to do them..... i wont lead a raid n00bishly to thier doom never done it before and i wont start now.. oh and squalion i also handle the whines, and the final lotto... so basically the raid commander is a guide... better to have one person take the aggro of guideing and one person to deal with everyone elses aggro imho

Please clarify how i am a noob? From what i have been reading you want to set up a meet place/time for a certin ML. THEN you want someone else to lead the raid for YOU, thus making you the noob, not i.

Sorry to say this, but im guessing your mate was bullshiting to you, you cannot enter the ML7 Dungeon without completeing ML1, 2 and 3 WITH the ML Exp.

and you dont think there will be anyone around lvl 40~49 that will join the raids? its going to be soooooo easy for them to get RvR groups and get the exp isnt it. and the "scrolls" comment, lol, 3 FG come on raid your chance of getting the scroll is what? 1 in 24? maybe higher if your group gets it and decide to give it to you.

Van's idea may or may not work, the only way to find out is to try it. Lots of people feel the same about the ml's, dont want to stretch them out, waiting for the next raid they can go on, having to work so missing out etc etc blah blah.

Back to this idea.. if its a problem with the mlxp i could split it up a little bit so we do all the none requirement mls first week and then do the rest the next week... like in 2 blocks of 5 mls and get all the way to ml10... im looking for constructive thought.. (yes squal thought come back when u achieve this)

slightly worrying how much RL time this game eats into for people

here we have a thread suggesting to do well over a days worth (24hrs) of gaming just to compete at what the game has taught us is the equal level now thanks to TOA.

kinda makes this game for the unemployed and school children who wont get into uni with the hours this game sucks away from em lol

some comments on the times needed, judging from the ML raids I have lead myself:

ML2 should take no longer than 2, maybe 3 hours - the main issue is that everyone has to have the solo-step completed ( HUGE delay otherwise), and should have the group-step done aswell ( roughly another 10 mins for each group that hasn't done them).
Biggest issue might then be the final encounter, which you shouldn't do with more than 20 people at a time, so you might end up doing it 3-4 times, depending on the size of the raid.

ML6 is fast - think my record stands at sth like 80 minutes, not much else to say on this one.

ML7 is about 2 hours for group-steps, then another 2 hours for the BG-raid. The problem will be that the dungeon can support max 2 groups doing the group-steps, so there is no way you can keep your schedule and do ML6+7 in one day.

ML8 should be another 2-3 hours thing tops, but as mentioned before: people will need loads of ML-xp after that to get ML9 done, so rather scrap that from your schedule.

i dont know if you passed basic Science/Human physiology or not but Puberty starts at the age of 12-13 and finishes around age 24 from what i recall, if you could click and look at my profile, you would therefore see that i am 18, nearly 19, and thus i must be in puberty and that leads to the conclusion that i have pubic hairs.

I logged in beacuse i have nothing to do at the moment, i am currenty looking for a Bar/Secuirty job before i enroll in the Royal Marine Commando's, and am currently waiting for replys from the places i applied too.

Comment about my friends - I have a lot of friends in real life, i love my friends, and i would much rather spend time with them then playing a game, but its our holidays at the moment, we're tired from our course work and so on, i see my friends at least 4 times a week when i actaully LEAVE the house.

ok wanna compare iqs squal.. i did mensa at age 8, i was the youngest in the world to get a pada qualification for scuba dieving, i never opened a book and passed 2nd in my class with computational mathematics.. i am a divemaser now under a padi qualification and i believe i am the second youngest one of those in the world also..

You seem to have drifted, my point was that you were trying to free load the raids, from other peoples expeirence in the matter, you asked for others to lead, when you should be leading them your self, you set the date, the time the place, you lead it properly. it dosnt take much to read through VoS.

I am joing the RMC beacuse i want the expeirence, i want the challenge, i do not wish to work in an office or anything of that nature.
