In order to get more people leading ml raids i am producing a step by step in a basic form as possible as i feel VOS is not very clear for people running raids.

Looks really good. What I think could be there also is suggested order to do the steps in.

Otherwise it looks fine and it is good that the vital information is there and all the crap is cut away.
Maybe make a line or anything more obvious to separate the different steps? As it is now they more or less goes in to each other.

edit: If anyone is good with html can you look over the code, on the status bar on ie it gets about half way but all the content is loaded. I can only assume its to do with the flash objects since the rest is just simple html, little light on the subject would be much appreciated.

Overall fix of layout / html need some work.

To the actual content you can leave out what the various mobs drops since that info isn't relevant for the raid and how it should be done.
Direct all the itemhunters to VoS or something

Oh.. and wordwrapping the text isnt a good idea, gives us with higher resolutions (1280+) a headache when reading from side to side on the screen and then it suddenly jumps back to 1 word at the next line before the paragraph is done

The items ARE relevant to the raid as you need them for the following steps , there are no drops that are irrelevant in the page

Aye easy to understand.
Improvements, nothing else but how to do the encounter. Learn how the labours run and u can leave a rooter and 1 dmg dealer at each route instead and leave the towns unguarded. Worked great those times I have lead ml4 on camlann
