ML frenzy....

Sat at work bored so thought I'd open this for those who are as bored as me at times. Anyone have a theory as to why so many ML's are going on lately? Seems to have got frenzied recently. Is Cata an influence, and if so how?

Never gone past ML2 on any of my chars..then i made a druid.......damn FoP...DAMN IT TO THE BOWLS OF HELL!!
