ML for a Battle Friar

Any ideas? im speccd 39 Staff, 47 Enhance, 18 Rejuv rest parry, any ideas what is a good ML for a solo PvE friar to get? i do RvR occaisonally but not often...but then i wouldnt want be useless in RvR...and i will do SOME eventually to ding RR5 etc..

any opinions appreciated.
