You sure you want to meet at 14:00 GMT ... and not 14:00 uk time - seams to be confusion over those time zones lately with the clocks going back

Groupsteps should take about 1h 30min if nothing goes terrible wrong. BG steps should take about 1h or so. Perhaps less

Sorry our group attempt at step 5.8 ended up so late that it stepped on your raid. It wasn't our plan and wasn't deliberate. We first started trying to get the step last night and kept trying till 3.30am. It was bugged on one dungeon side and the Bound were zerging on the other. We tried again this morning, but were unlucky in that our timing coincided with another guild taking in 2 groups. I chatted with Bojangles on that raid and he said as they left that Sah was popped and up, so we figured it wouldn't take long to nip in and do it, with plenty of time for respawn before the main raid.

When we got there, we found both sides of the dungeon despawned, so sat to wait, having spent more than 8 hours trying to get the steps. When it popped, we killed it, but that was late enough to interfere with the main raid.

Appreciate that this made us unpopular and I can see why. I just hope you can understand why a frazzled group that stayed up half the night just to face bugs just didn't want to wait any more. :/
