I will try to do a ML 3 raid this friday (29/7).
We meet at Aerus haven 19.30 GMT.

I will need help from ppl who have done ML3 and got exp from it.
So, if u got exp and can help be a leader pm me!

There is 3 rules:

1.DONT upset the leaders.

2.Be there in time!

3.Have a good time.

We roll for lot after the raid, leaders can preclaim 1 item each.
I hope this will work.

I will lead this if you want, as I have a stealther who needs it. Medusa's remains for running the raid, and another choice drop for farming the stomach should be enough for me, if it is agreeable with you.

Good, then we are 3 leaders. Me (exis), Merrow and Deathbloke. I said preclaim just 1 item, and we will stick to that. So u van have medusa´s remains, but the u most roll for the other stuff. Is that okie ? :)

I think that's a bit much TBH. People pre-claiming drops is starting to get too frequent for my liking and is taking the piss.

Remember that a lot of people don't need these MLs, so they are coming only for MLXP and/or drops. If you take that away then you'll find numbers dwindle.

I won't be coming as a result, but wish you luck with the raid.

Thing is I dont really need it on my stealther, and its an exhausting raid to run, so I'd only run it for the drops really. It's not as if one set of remains and one choice is being greedy.

You can more or less do ML3 with three buttons, F8, stick and attack. But running it means constant vigilance of the zerg, showing restraint when things get stressful, improvising a solution when things go bad, making tough decision when people get into trouble.

I would rather run a raid myself another day and have two items than join a raid & get into arguments about what I deserve, simple as that really.

Well TBH I'd rather all drops were rolled for by everyone, or that everyone adopted the Eggy/Tilda example where there's no BG treasurer and the group that kills the mob gets the spoils.

If it's your raid then it's your rules, but I doubt I'd ever attend one if that's the way you want to play it.

I don't bother and don't even question if some ML Leader pre-claims a drop.
There are things more important for me than fights over some(s) item(s).
The completion of Master Level is more important than items for me.
I know i'm not the only one thinking this way.

It's very stressfull leading ML's, some ML's more than others, but without ppl willing to lead them, we can't make them, unless you are in a guild/alliance that can provide that without too many effort.

The ppl attending raids, usually read requisits/conditions of the raid.
And when i read that the leader pre-claimed some drops, i don't bother, he is helping me and my realm fellows to complete this Master Levels that will help each one of us, and our realm, in the fights every day agains the other realms.
If i'm attending the raid, i agree with the conditions of it, if i don't agree, i simply don't go. For me, as simple as that.

I know there is different oppinions, some of them already expressed in here, but every day that pass, Albion have fewer ppl leading ML Raids, and almost all due to discussion about drops.

I wish that, in some way, this words could be taken in consideration, because i think the completion of Master Levels are more important, not only for each one of us, but for OUR realm.

I hate that, four ice wizzes get all the loot whereas, the clerics, paladins and theurgists who hold the aggro get nothing. That's not an example I am willing to adopt.

And I seem to remember Tilda doing a raid where she claimed everything, had BG but no lotto. So if you are gonna be stuffy refusing to attend raids where the leader claims so much as one drop then you must end up missing a lot of raids.

im just greatfull too all thoes ppl that are willing too lead a raid and think they doing a pretty nice job

Too get all drops there is on a Raid aint greedy eighter imo take what ever drop you need and lead the raid and im happy :) just givf Mls!

We will try to do this, and we dont care about preclaim, the leader is Merrow and me (exis) and we dont need anything, so NO PRECLAIM.

For a start Tilda is male IRL. I didn't attend the raid of Tilda's you mentioned so cannot comment, but if he ever did claim all drops he doesn't do it any more. I don't miss a lot of raids either, because the majority of leaders are very fair about it.

We're going around in circles now, so I am not going to bother posting any further in this thread - my views are now known.

i share your opinion, and to be honest just glad i'm getting the steps.

I really coudlnt care less about the items, if i get one in a roll than so be it, if not at least i got the steps out the way. On a note the other day on a ML 1 raid we killed cetus, as you do and everyone ran in rolling for items, personaly didnt realy bother until a group member asked if i rolled, i rolled without even looking at the items and ended up with a hardened Cetus Skin.

That was a nice reward for me, and it did make me happy. For the person who just joined the raid for that one item would feel less happy but more releived, woudlnt last long though, it'd only carry onto the next wanted item. For me though its a nice little bonuse, I expected nothing yet i gained much, those expecting much that night gained little.

See it this way, he helps you getting the ML done, you help him getting an item he needs... Makes sense to me.

Or the other way around. He helps you getting the ML done, he lotto every item and wins nothing, ppl leave the bg without even a thanks. Now thats greed :/

Nothing wrong with reclaiming items... Calling the zerg sheeps and idiots takes the piss...

Ill be there with my Cabalist matey :)
