MJ Tickets off ebay...can i protect myself in any way?

I was gonna use Paypal to buy 2 tickets for MJ for me and the missus.

But the tickets get sent to the person 10 days before the event and then they'll send them to the winner.

But ofcourse some of the dates are end of this year / early next year, and I'm scared that if I do get scammed, Paypal will simply turn their back and not give a shit?

I can't see any other places online doing them for reasonable prices. I don't mind paying 200 quid for 2 tickets but 250-400 per ticket is daylight robbery.

Thing is.... ebay and paypal buyer protection only works if you raise a dispute within 21 or 28 days of payment being made. So for tickets you would not be receiving for months later, you would not have a leg to stand on.
