my logitech gay-ming mouse (g9 or something) is cutting off and on from time to time.
I hear the USB dis-/connect windows sound in the speakers. it's awfully annoying, and I haven't changed anything.

someone helpor!

Sounds like it's starting to die. It'll probably get more frequent over time then stop working.

As CG says Logitech are very good with returns. They usually send you a new one straight away!

I had the same problem with the same model of mouse just a couple of weeks ago, it had a three year warranty and was still covered, a couple of quick emails to their support and a replacement was arranged. About the best vendor support out there tbh.

Yea, I had an issue with a G11 keyboard a while back, emailed them and they just said make sure you have the software installed for it, if no luck get back to us, I did and they asked for the serial number (I assume to check roughly when it was made/sold) and they sent me a new one, didn't even ask me to return the faulty one!

awesome news guys! it hasn't done any stuttering any more, but if it does break I am glad to be sure I will be covered.
