missing quick entries

got a small problem, on the screen where you enter your account details (account name, password) there's normally that "quick entry" field that -should- fill up with the characters you played. But after downloading the client from GOA, that just doesn't happen. The box just stays empty, though the entries are written into the user.dat file.

Anyone got an idea ?
