Missing Bullets

Here is the problem, while firing a full clip at a CT 3 CS metres away while jumping and wiggling etc, my AK stopped firing mid burst, I recon it didn't fire 3 - 4 shots, then it continued and stopped again, then I was dead. This happened several times last night (coincidence mebe that it seemed to happen on the same CTs repeatedly) and so I went and mithered admin, then returned to the server where It happened again this time with a glock. I have reinstalled HL and CS recently and have a virtually empty hard disk. I have lc, lw and nopred set to 0, could this have been my prob?? any ideas??

I have the same problem m8 I think its something to do with the mouse drivers. I run XP + Boomslang mouse, there are no drivers for it with XP. I had the same probs when running ME I uninstalled the drivers and it seems to work ok but not all the buttons work that way. Maybe its something else altogether. It makes you mad though you get killed a lot sometime just because the bloody thing stopped firing.

That does sound similar, I am running ME with a Microsoft intellemouse web but as u say if I uninstall the mouse drivers I will loose my extra buttons. It seems strange though that I only seem to have had this prob since switching to lc, lw and nopred 0.

Lol i had also somethin similar (Well actually i ain't, but its a funny one to post in this subject )

I have an OptiMouse, and when i had WinME installed, i let Windows find it as a Standard USB Mouse.. but one day, i was bored so i decided to actually install its Official Drivers, LOL it was so funny, all the Buttons cept Mouse 1 & 2 NEVER worked in CS , i mean it was so weird.. lol

I ended up removing the drivers and throwin my WinME CD back in and everythin worked OK again lol

If you have nopred on you should consider what connection you have, and also what did net_graph say? Did you have a lot of choke or loss ? It could easily be plain ol' lag you know

Well choke is where you grab someone by the neck and make em go blue, THEN you see Loss, coz they lose consciousness, but feck knows what this Netgraph is... gonna have to try it out on someone... heh
