Strafers should be lined up and shot, same goes for people using so called "walkthrough tecniques".
it's ok to do if you are fighting 2+ melee chars trying to spam positional styles though.

I agree .. i know this is not RVR .. but in emain when im soloing on my sorc ( YES SOLO ) i get hit by a SB .. yes no biggy but when i try and QC mezz they run into me .. i might aswell sit down .. and when i sprint i get some sort of snare on me .. is there a way to get round this ? ... and would it be counted as a little bug abuse ?

Sounds more like the poison they are using than anything to be honest thus the snare effect. Not sure about the QC Mezz issue though
