Im sorry but, the BMI calculation thing is absolute bollocks, for MOST cases. Me, personaly am 16 1/2 stone and 6ft2, I have tiny amounts of fat, how ever, my BMI is still to high? Riggghht okay, so this means I need to do more exercise and lose weight? Also my life expectancy will go down? Haha, no. Also for pretty much every proffesional rugby player, there BMI is over the 'correct' BMI, so were all going to die young? Dont really think so to be honest with you.
yes but dont you pump iron? so the BMI will not work for you or anyone else that does.
IT IS CLEAR TO US ALL this woman does not pump iron, she is simply fat. so the bmi is fitting for her. her extra mass is made up of fat, not muscle.
