Minstrels: Say goodbye to evade3 and some archer love

Minstrel

- Removed Evade III from the abilities granted in 1.60d (This is a Pendragon only change)

- Archers whose target dies while trying to release an arrow will now remain nocked, and they can select a new target.

- Longshot has had its cost reduced to 6 points. A refund is granted for players who have already purchased it.

- Volley has had its cost reduced to 8 points and its reuse time is now 15 seconds, significantly shorter than before. A refund is granted for players who have already purchased it.

- The initial time to prepare a Volley is now half of what it was.

When I saw the inclusion of Evade-III I was really happy, at last my gimped thrust spec minstrel would be able to use have his styles (being as all the good thrust styles are after-evade). But no, looks like I shall have to live with only ever being a speed and PS bot

Sorry, did ratfang become good when i wasn't looking? Wolftooth is hardly great either. Lionfang is nice but landing 3rd part of a chain with the weapskill of half a retard = not a lot of fun.
Plus the 1sec stun on ratfang kind of screws your soon-to-be 9sec one up....

We needed something to do in PvE, and melee offence. Well, evade3 is hardly offence. If I thought there was a chance in hell of us getting anything in the melee offence department, i'd be cheering mythic. Wait, sod it, major minstrel love

I could see the higher rank scouts buying it, now its a little cheaper. But then again longshot is a bit useless unless you just want to scare someone who thinks his safe, and volley misses too much.

Its a step in the right direction anyway.

The only use for long shot though if you get 10 rangers with it and go nail the alb buffbots from the right side of ATK emain. lol

If they can admit they are wrong and revert evade III on mincers why not get rid of see hidden???

I think buffbots are a part of the problem. I don't know how the usage of them is over at the US. But on EU most assasins uses or has a buffbot. Therefor the impression we get from these are them being buffed.

Solo archers with buffs are pretty decent still I guess (wouldn't know). And therefor Mythic won't denerf us .
