minstrell asking cash for speed?

WTF?

I was playing my alt char (fighter level 10 albion, excal) And joined up with a group.. there was a minstrell level 11 who was telling us we had to pay him to get speeddrumz.. WTF is that all about?

It's bad enough that clerics ask money for a rezz (i don't, never!) and now minstrells start asking for cash to speed? whats next? Armsmen asking money to get that bleeding aggro of casters back?

I tell ya.. the world of albion is changing.. and it's not getting any better..


Hope things will turnaround for the better.. but dont think so

Rediculous!!, I never asking anything for speed, sometimes ppl asking me to give them a quick ride and in most cases i help them, only a few times ppl want me to pay for the ride, but iam not waiting to receive 20 silver for that, being nice to ppl and they are nice to you.

Albion sense of teamplay in all its glory on this one, tons of this stuff happening online that one just lets pass due to being to used to it.

People taking cash for ress, "taxi", people not letting others join a group (scout) due to the group being full (catacombs), then letting the cleric in without hesitation. That's daily stuff.

Albion need some more sense of teamplay

As for Clerics/Friars charging for rezzes, remember them and let your guild know aswell, so someone can return the favour one day!


I'll admit to letting the odd person die because of his attitude, but well deserved imo.


The irony is, when I had my friar in Mithra rezzing anyone unfortunate, I made 1g after about 2 hours, which I was 'tricked' into taking!

I'd never ask payment for speed. Always happy to take people along if I'm going in the same direction. (And if not, you can always walk at your normal pathetically slow rate <evil grin>)

I sometimes see ppl offer money for speedbuff
They are the ones who drive this evil economy imho and as "bad" as the ones asking money for it

btw i lik the idea of asking money for taking aggro

That 1-2G payment to a lvl <10 minstrel is a pretty easy handout since it's quite alot to them, and not much to me, especially since they saved me a bunch of minutes Running is so boring, one can not offer much for the help, cash is easy I guess?
