Minstrel vest with heal proc

Apart from the Sidi vest, which im sure has a heal proc, anyone know of some others ?

Looking to find one for my template, failing that will have to resort to a visit to sidi (damn i really hate that place) to find a heal tinc.

Ohh the 2nd has a 50pt higher heal proc... im guessing acuity translates to charisma for the mins ? Althought an acuity buff wont increase my +cha

Never said i wanted the sidi bp - just on the lookout for a chain vest for a mins, which has a heal proc - so i can fit one into my template.

The 2.10 one is really common. The 6.10 one isnt. And we all know what the sidi one is like

GoV has no heal proc...... so I read.

Also have so many artifacts, think theres 6 in my template, barely manage to cap stuff
