looks nice, good resists, i'm trying to make a template with similar items to you,
shades of mist, winged helm, croc ring, malice, enchanted runed defender

If your mainly solo/duo instead of 8v8 you could consider dropping the ring of seven souls as dex isn't that important, and bumping up your AF with ring of the brute +25 AF, its a low utility ring though.

If you're not using the sun sword then drop that belt imo, theres better ToA bonus/Uv belts out there.

I'd try and get hold of a different ring than krojers, its very low utility.
other rings include

band of shadows - has body resist on it though
ring of moirai
ring of the brute

lava etched belt has better utility than belt of the sun, but that body resist is overcap now. Not really many good belts for minstrels though, perhaps swapping out one of the ebon bracers for another item without body resist might balance it.

1st template really isn't bad at all, a bit more str and AF perhaps is only a minor niggle, but with winged helm style reduction proc, shades of mist, ablative, croc ring resist bonus, adding to that ra and ML abilities, you shouldn't do bad at all.
