Yep, kick ass template, all 99% qua chain, which is nice considering the prices of mp chain.
But only 1 month till ToA hits, so you do not want to spend too much cash on mp chain armor right now, and then again with ToA.
I think with ToA you will need mp armor, as only that way you can benefit from the increased caps, range, etc.
