PvE.. ff.s best minstrel BP u can possibly get. When ppl hit u for 0 dmg and u heal for 230 ( with relics 280 or something ) it's kinda OPed, add 10% WL heal and heal pots and IP and you can with abit of luck ( well not luck more timing ) heal urself for 230-280+320+10% of ur health ...then add an IP to that


Not like gov or eirenes is any useful

Never hard to ca toa bonuses with anything, just might need to give up on something that may not be needed
