Minstrel / SC Geeks! I need some help

Trying to get my template sorted, and its really beginning to annoy me.

I need a little advice, atm, without my flute equipped, my instruments are 50 (+6 from items) then +3 from rr, will this be enough to charm orange con mobs? If so, I think this template will be ok, but still would dearly love if someone could point out any big mistakes.

I can't get a charasmatic bracer, as I took Healthy + Stealthy bracers (STUPID ME!), so I can't just use the nice one from the VN boards.

Since the sc template you gave as an example didn't contain +11 instr I suppose you don't plan on getting it on your own suit either.
I'd highly suggest maxing instr, using pets is one of the key features of a minstrel and not fully using it would be a shame. Link in my sig contains pics of some of the things you can do with a pet, it really opens up a whole new part of pve and rvr
