lol at the ppl thinking the harp are useless.. Would much rather take this harp then the one we got atm because you dont have to lvl that damn necky to summon it .. There has been alot of times i could use that charge 
an how can 4% range an 6% duration on the item you use to mezz with be bad? an 27 dex isnt that bad either..

Since hits/con/cha/str/qui are all wasted, dex on a harp is exactly what I want unless I could get one with the exact same resists as a PCed shield which is hardly likely. The slash wep is at best comperable to malice even after you ignore the hits and con, and I prefer weaponless temp anyhow.
