Minstrel bug?

I've noticed a few times that I've killed even con, got RP's and xp but no cash. I'm playing as a minstrel and usually if I'm soloing I'll be wellying a pet around with me to give me at least half a chance against the 50% necros, 40% bonedancers and 10% other that I see at my level.

I'm guessing that if the pet gets the killing blow, cash doesn't drop. This is turning out to be quite an annoying bug.

Oh, and a kind request for lvl 50's. If you see a bunch of newly rolled lvl 20's hanging around Gothwaite stable master just looking to beat the bejesus into anyone who wants a horse, can you just give them a friendly tap for me? Ta

seriously though, looks like I'm gonna have to test this myself and maybe stick 'passive' on my qb to make sure I get the last shot in and see if it helps.

i remember a bug where a kill by a charmed pet causes an exp-death, but its not confirmed.

There is some form of bug to do with pets i remember getting attacked by a level 50 requiem mincer b4 and he stunned me and grabbed a pet. the pet got the killing blow i think and i dropped no gold

This is a classic bug. who also affect the sorcerer pet.

mob does not drop money loot for some reason.

there is an old thread somewhere on Bw bout it. a sorc who farmed df with a pet and didnt get money while mob died.

Yesterday it also happened to me that I killed an even con skald (me was a skald too by the way) who did drop cash but I couldnt pick it up. It said "the loot doesnt belong to you" but I am 100% sure I was the only one who was fighting the skald (as it was somewhere not many people would go to) and to be sure I checked my logs and I got the deathspam...How is this possible?

I would say that someone else did over 50% damage to him previously and he survived and healed up. The original attacker then owns the bag when he dies.
