Well for this and the 2h duel-wielding commments, we don't know how this will be implemented yet. The 2h weapon might be a class specific weapon for mauler class (ala VW scythe), might be limited to small shield (as someone else suggested) in the off-hand ala vamps. Just don't know...kinda doubt we have this scenario peeps hinting at: duelwielding 2h casters riding dragons into fights etc.
