Advice Mini-ITX HTPC Build

Looking for advise to build a HTPC running XBMC preferably a Mini-ITX build so it will happily sit under the TV with the Amp, Sky Box and I can finally retire my defunct Boxee Box.

My desired price range is £200-300.

Just get the cheapest i3 and 4GB of RAM. That's what I did
For a mobo go for an µATX like this : http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8H77M_LE/#overview
Most of those µATX boards will have a HDMI out, but sandy & ivybridge with buildin GFX can't do proper 23.976Hz
For that reason I added a nividia GT520 (which is replaced now by the GT610)

I have a mac mini and an Asus Core HT252 or something like that Both are great, the Core runs XBMC on Windows for true bitstreaming, something the Crapple Mac Mini cannot do thanks to Crapple and their shit drivers.

but dotn you have a hp micro server as well? why not get somat like rpi or atv2 ( ;long as 720p dont bug you)

I was going to buy one but then I saw this and the 2 year warranty, built in remote plus the specs made this an easy choice for me.

So far it is great apart from the Extremely Silent thing this is not silent or nearly silent its as loud as my revo which makes no such claims.
