Does ne one play this great little game?

As u can guess from this post I do!!! :D

Just wondered what sort of times people can get.









Here is mine:

Beginner 17secs.

I have not been on any of the other levels yet.

There's no skill on the easy levels of mine-sweeper. Honour can only be achieved on the hard setting.

I just had a go on the Expert setting, hmmmm.....that is damn hard.

And very frustrating. AHHHHH!!!!

89 seconds on intermediate

LOL.

We played this in the office at my old firm unitl I hacked into the high scores (with Wordpad IIRC) and changed all the high scores to 1 sec.


They all gave up after that. :D

Well it looks like I needs a bit more practice, me tinks!

Has ne one actually ever completed Expert level.

WITHOUT hacking the scores, Ono ! ;)

appeal of easy minesweeper is that it gives us 56kers something to do whilst the comp connects to the net.

solitare takes too bloody long

I've come within 20mines of beating the hard mode before. However, it gets increadably difficult when there's so little space left...

Believe it or not I got 7 secs on beginner and 99 on expert, the beginer was a total fluke I more or less just clicked twice and the expert one took freakin ages to get.

I have a new machine now and the best I have managed it 146 on expert.

I beat Expert years ago. Don't remember my time tho.

Beginner times are submitted via fluke random clicks on each square, expert is where it's at, 99 seconds... all I can say is you should have got a screenie and kept it, that's close to the world record. Best I've ever had was 238 :(

The only minesweeping I used to partake in was that of clearing half-empty glasses as a student.

Well I've just gone one better.. begginer scores are more luck I think.. this was just a few quick clicks and not highlighting the mines. Quite easy on begginer.

I cant beat 146 on my expert on my reformatted machine..

You need to put it on some webspace. Barrys don't let you upload them for obvious bandwidth based reasons.
