mincer with eirenes?

Have included eirenes in my template for the mincer, with hope of melee damage and style damage %, but someone told me that mincers will get spell range and that crap instead, and another one said that mincers get both?
Which is it?
Any mincer here that got it? Would really appreciate answers..


Btw, is it a pain to lvl?

Yes, but the farming part is not an issue if it's worth all the hassle
